WHAT IS YOUR SUCCESS TRIGGER

Since the arrival of my son my life has changed for the better. In life we all need external events that will trigger or drive us to unearth our latent or hidden capacities. The responsibility of fatherhood is making me work harder and smarter because i want to be an inspirational example of 'turning dreams into reality' for my children.

What is your success trigger? is it your: mum, wife, kids, etc

NNPC MEDICAL LAGOS TRAINING

I had a great time training the staff of NNPC medical Lagos on customer service, i started by telling them that, they are the tools for outstanding service that if they love, value, and cherish themselves they'll find it easier to manifest great service to their patients.

The 21st century customer wants:

1. Empathy

2. Quick response

3. Suprise

4. Assurance

5. proactivity.

And all of that, stems out of passion for customers and a desire to enhance people.

THERE ARE NO LIMITATIONS

I am currently in Lagos doing trainings for NNPC medical. It's amazing because i remember affirming consistently that, " i do training for NNPC in Jesus Name" and today i am living it. Your words are not ordinary, speak words of faith for all things are possible.

WORKOUT THE DREAM

Dreams are in the mental state; a state where only the dreamer can see and experience the dream. However, to transfer the dream from the mental to the physical requires work. In his fascinating book THE OUTLIERS, author and speaker, Malcolm Gladwell argued that for any person, be you an athlete, swimmer, banker, writer, speaker, etc. to achieve world class success, the person must spend 10,000 hours honing their skills and mastering their craft.
Victoria Pendleton won gold in the Women’s Sprint Cycling event at the 2008 Beijing Olympics after training for four hours a day, six days a week. Rebecca Adlington, the 19-year-old swimmer who won two gold medals at the same tournament had put in an estimated 8,840 hours of training since the age of 12.
Working out your dream involves a lot of dedication and sacrifices. A lot of people want a successful outcome but they seldom want to pay the price required for success. If the price wasn’t there, then everybody would be living the life of their dreams. But if your dream is dear to you, if your dream has sunk deep into your soul, you will pay whatever price as long as it is ethical to make it materialize.

PASSION

One major characteristic of stars (musicians, footballers, athletes, swimmers) is that they have a strong passion and love for what they do. That passion drives them to demand excellence and high standard from themselves. Passion speaks of strong love and obsession for a thing. It is a HEART THING, NOT A HEAD THING. Are you passionate about your company, are you excited about your work. Show me a star and I’ll show you a passionate person. If you are not passionate about your work, life is too short why don’t you look for something else that fits well with your passion? Passion cannot be taught. In the USA, most heart attacks take place on Monday morning, this is because a lot of people are not doing what they love to do.
You should have passion for the mission and vision of your company, so that you don’t see your work as work, rather you see it as a CAUSE, worthy of your time, talent and energy.

THE LAW OF VALUE

THE LAW OF VALUE:
Henry Ford told us years ago that, “Wealth when sought after directly will never be achieved…it only comes as a by-product of providing useful service.”
the law of value is based on the premise that, for you to get what you want, you’ve got to give people what they want. This is called the exchange of value for value.
Wealth or material blessing is a reflection of how much value we have created in other people’s lives. The reward for value is money. Successful people think about, how to improve the lives of other people.
To create wealth therefore, you've got to think about other peoples: interest, needs, hurts, wants, etc and how to creatively solve them for a fee.
